Matt Alderdice has over 15 years of field experience in exploration projects across Australia, including eight years with RMEGS. His expertise spans various mineral deposit types, such as epithermal gold, orogenic gold, porphyry copper, nickel sulphides/laterites and polymetallic base metal deposits. With a strong focus on teamwork, effective communication and safety-first practices, Matthew ensures field projects are successfully executed for RMEGS clients.

Matt holds a BSC degree from University of NSW.
