Senior Geologist

Max Rangott has 56 years’ experience in the Mineral Exploration, mining and related disciplines, which included 38 years as an independent consultant/contractor working in New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Queensland. 

Early in his career, Max enjoyed 3 years as Site Manager of the Beltana Zinc Mine in the North Flinders Range of South Australia, which was a very high grade and profitable mine.  He has considerable experience exploring for many commodity groups, including copper-gold, tin-tungsten, silver-lead zinc, platinum group metals, scandium-nickel cobalt in laterites and montmorillonite clays.

​Max holds a BSc from University of Sydney.
